I went with my aunt and cousin. We were visiting family and we’re from Dallas. This restaurant was recommended and I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The food and service is next level!

The food here was excellent. It was just the spot I was looking for to get "home-cooked" food while traveling for work. Leave your condiments at he because everything here is seasoned to perfection.

Good home cooked meals. Oxtails we're falling off the bone. Liver was tender and the sides were delicious. Friendly staff. Good place for group luncheon.

The food was delicious, the staff was very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed going there. Every day of the week has their own menu. We went on Sunday around 11am and we were able to get in line, get the food and enjoy a great meal.

Stopped on the way through from out of town.. They were super welcoming, my boyfriend got the oxtails for the first time and is obsessed with them now! We didn’t get anything specifically for my toddler for her to eat off our plates and they brought over a chicken strip for her without us asking and didn’t want us to pay for it either, they just wanted to be extra welcoming. The chicken finger was probably one of the best tasking batter I have ever had too. Will plan to stop anytime we are in lafayette!

Visiting New Iberia and stopped for Sunday lunch at this awesome place. Not only was the service wonderful the food was just as awesome. Food served cafeteria style so items change daily. Several Southern dishes we had never tried so they have us half portions of everything from boudin casserole, dirty rice, BBQ ribs and chicken, fried ribs and sweet potatoe casserole. Everything was superb with huge portions at a fair price. Seems most folks were carrying out but we dined in ... Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Glad we stopped and highly recommend
